Installation

With customer service in mind we are able to install and maintain all of our products, including the TensaTechnology™ electronic range, through our dedicated service & maintenance department and using our network of installation partners.

To offer you support when you need it our dedicated staff will work with our servicing companies to make sure products are installed at the precise time you have requested.

Maintenance and Warranty Information

Lawrence offers a limited life-time warranty on all products excluding electronic queuing solutions. Products must be shipped back to our Bay Shore facility where they are serviced in house and are sent back within 3-5 day turnaround. Warranties of products are also based on our return policy. Please see our return policy within the FAQ section of the site.

Electronic Queuing Products are subject to one year standard warranty. Please read our full eQ Warranty to make sure your product falls within our standards. In terms of servicing all eQ products are serviced via 3rd party technicians. If you need to schedule a service call or have a technical issue please contact our eQ Help Desk at (800) 441-0019.

Media Creation and Implementation

Lawrence's Electronic Queuing range is not just about customer guidance and wayfinding, it also seeks to interact with your customers in a unique and innovative way. Lawrence understand that in order to do this, powerful media content is a must, as your audience needs to be targeted with the most appropriate messages.

To help you get the most out of your system Lawrence offer a free consultation service to advise on the best content to meet your needs.

Lawrence can provide a full media creation service to provide tailored content to get the most out of your digital signage hardware, and can provide the following customised services:
  • Static graphic design.
  • Animated Flash graphics.
  • Live action film.
  • Audio generation.
  • CGI animation.
Lawrence also believe that the regular implementation of your content is crucial to ensure long-term impact, and we offer a bespoke update service to help maximize on this.

Remote implementation
If your Lawrence HUB is networked via WAN we can implement your content to your preset guidelines. Price is dependent on level of software in your signage network and number of screens.

Local Implementation
Should your Lawrence HUB not be networked via WAN then we can arrange regular site visits (price on application) to implement your content via LAN or direct to each HUB.
